Content Policies

1. Strictly Prohibited Content

Publishing any of the following items (image, text, author name, or dedication) will result in immediate rejection and possible event access blocking:

• Nudity and Sexual Content: images or representations containing explicit or implied nudity, pornography, or abuse.
• Violence and Graphic Content (Gore): bloody or morbid images, accidents, or descriptions of extreme violence out of context.
• Hate Speech, Insults, and Discrimination: visual or textual content that promotes hate, intimidation, abusive language, disrespect, or discrimination based on race, religion, sex, or ideology.
• Illegal Content or Spam: drugs, unregulated weapons, promotion of criminal activity, or unsolicited advertising messages.

2. Our Moderation Process

AI Evaluation (Zero-Trust): every submitted memory (image and text) is reviewed by multimodal AI. If inappropriate images, insults, or mockery/spam intent are detected, the full memory is immediately removed and will not be published.

3. Manual Moderation and Reports

Even if a publication passes automated filtering, funeral administrators and the event owner can reject and permanently hide any memory, photo, or comment considered disrespectful or inappropriate.

4. False Positives

AI can make mistakes. If you believe your content was blocked unfairly, try uploading an alternative version or contact the family or venue administrator.

At Share Moments, we understand the emotional value of shared memories. Out of respect for families and the community, we maintain a safe and dignified environment.
